Another short night, long day. Although it was better'n the night before... I probably got six hours of sleep total.
Nice day here in Topeka, fairly hard breeze from the south, mid-eightys temp. We had some big thunderstorms forming just to the east of here this morning and blowing east, then tonight we had some huge ones pop up just to the west, heading right towards us... and dissipate before they got within 20 miles of us.
And we did get some work done today. Tyler and I shuffled the computer stuff around and mounted the keyboard trays under the tables. I'm not really sure that I like them that way, but I'll give it a week or two.
Then, later this afternoon, Karen and I started cleaning out the utility room... moved the desk out of there, so we can start using it again, did a lot of shuffling stuff around... we may be close to a final resolution of where to put stuff!
My server gives me all of this information about who comes to this site and looks around, and it's really pretty interesting. I recently added an eXtreme tracker, which gives me only stuff from this page, but the server gives me stuff from every page that gets hits.
It's interesting to see which pages are getting hit... less than a third of the site hits are directly related to the journal. About 25% of them are to the poetry pages, and a bunch to the Keirsey Profiles pages. The latter is linked to on several psychology sites, but I don't know where the poem hits are coming from...
One of my essays get hits from the combination of "racism" and "essay", according to the search engine referral reports.
Which reminds me... one of my regular readers found this site by searching for "keeping house and paying bills".
No peace yet in Kosovo. It's too soon... everyone's not dead yet that they want dead. Give them a few more days...
Bah.
More tomorrow...
