Short night, and a long day so far... I went to bed last night before 20:00 and I got up at 04:00, so I got eight hours, anyway...
And I got a lot of work done today on the archives. It seems like I just did this for what I said was going to be the last time, when I went to frames with the archives. Well, this is going to be the last time... it's taking me about an hour for each month, and I'm into August of 1996...
So don't expect completion any time real soon...
I heard some good news today... Sage of the former Coffee Shakes is coming back. I was really fond of Sage, after all, she gave me my first (and almost only...The Mighty Kymm was the other one...) award... not for the site, or the journal, but just for being a nice guy.
I also got the dryer moved upstairs and hooked up today, so now we have no reason to go to the basement at all any more.
After I got that done, I took Karen out to eat and we stopped and got some movies on the way back. We also went by the mall, where I picked up some Nikes an sale for about half-price. Karen wanted to go for a walk when we got home, so I put on my new shoes and we walked. And I wore a great big blister on my right heel.
It was a beautiful day, compared to what's been happening lately... high was maybe 50F and nice and sunny.
I think that I'm gonna do a little bit of sanding, then we're going over to Andy and Karla's to install some software.
On second thought, maybe I won't do any sanding... I've worked hard enough already today.
