Well, I slept most of the night, got up about 08:30 or so... I need to do something to get me tired enough to go back to sleep this afternoon. I have no idea what that might be, though...

I figgered out how to put me to sleep! CGI, that's how! I decided to download and implement a CGI survey dealie, which is really neat... instant analysis!

Three more days before the format change... I think that I'm almost ready. That's something else that's good for putting me to sleep...

No sleep... shit. O'well, I'll survive, I have done so before. And I am really delighted that there are actually some people taking my survey and that, suddenly, the view results thingie is working.

I just talked to Mom, she seems to be doing well. Not very communicative tonight, though, like she had something else on her mind. I hate it when that happens, I must just be catching her at a bad time or something.

And, speaking of talking to people on the phone... I got a xmas card from an old friend of mine who I have been afraid to call... she's schitzophrenic, and usually if I don't hear from her she's gone off of her medication. So, I'm afraid to call, even when I shouldn't be. Now, I'm sure, she thinks that I don't like her any more... which makes it even harder to call her. I haven't talked to her since May or so...

But I'm gonna call her anyway, because she is a good friend and I miss her. And she knows that, I think.

I've got three or four very good female friends and a wife who isn't jealous... that is a rare combination, I think. Of course, she has no reason to be, and she knows that. But most women aren't so understanding....

I am lucky in a whole buncha ways. Now, if I could only sleep at the appointed times....

OK, time for a shower and shave and work. More in the morning...
