Journal Entry
Getting a little escalation here. Kim said, via Karen, that I am never to mention her name in here again.
Unfortunately, that won't work at all. I have, and will continue to, endure a certain amount of censorship from Karen; but there will be nobody else that will attain that stature.
A simpler solution is: If you read this journal, and you know Kim, don't talk to her about it. It'll just upset her and she might physically damage me. On the other hand, it might be good for a few laughs.
Last night was much better; last night was tolerable. My legs still hurt, but not so much. I was in-control busy most of the night, and I even got to sit down and eat.
I also picked up a new phrase: "Dead Man's Disease", used to describe the fact that once a person has suffered either a
penetrating wound or massive blunt trauma to the chest and their heart stops beating, it will not start again. Of course, ya still gotta try, but your efforts will be 100% futile. Damage to major vessels in the chest that is sufficient to make the heart stop beating is invariable fatal, unless you have a thoracic surgeon and their equipment and surgical team on the scene when the trauma occurs. And even then it would be majorly iffy...
I got another crummy day's sleep yesterday... slept for two hours, then couldn't get back to sleep until forever, then I couldn't hardly get up when the alarm went off... hit the snoozebar three times. I'm usually up before the alarm goes off the first time.
