An inadverdent new look today... well, maybe not inadverdent, but rather unplanned.

I've been working on the archives all weekend, and I'm finally finished. And I realized that practically no one is going to appreciate all of the work that went into it.

Especially those of you who don't like frames. O'but these frames are done right! (yeah, that's what they all say...)

Anyhoo, I've done some re-arranging and stuff, nothing really major... went back to the black background... made everything just perfect...

And I'm really tired of this computer. I've been here all weekend, I think, except for when I went fishing.

Another cool day... started with thunderstorms this morning about 02:30, just after I went back to bed. I had woke up when Karen came to bed around 22:30, so I got up and came down then, but was overcome with tired and went back to bed.

It continued raining off and on during the night, and about 07:30 really started pouring for about an hour or so. I had about ten inches of water in the back of the truck at 09:00 when I went to the post office. The truck was parked on about a five-degree slope, so that gives a good indication of how much rain there was. In scientific parlayance, it was a shitload.

So I went to the PO and picked up the motherboard that I'd ordered a coupla weeks ago. I seem to lack the enthusiasm to do anything but look at it right now, though. I think that I need a nap. I'm going over to Eileene's in the morning, get some more stuff done on her computer that we left undone last time I was there.

But... a nap sure sounds good right now.... I think that I will... more later maybe.
