Sitting in the smoking area during one of my infrequent breaks last night, I was kinda absentmindedly scratching the outside of my right ankle. And I remembered that it had itched yesterday, and the day before, too... hmmmm. So I pulled down my sock and took a look... yep, ringworm.
Now Where the hell did that come from?
O'well, the lotrimin will take care of it, but it bugs me anyway. There are too many stray cats around here.
Karen didn't have her headache when she got up yesterday morning, but it attacked her again during the day. She went to bed early again last night, and says that it's better again this morning, but still there.
I'm still trying to figger out what might be causing them. They're sporatic, with no clear-cut cause or rhythm. During the last ten years of his life, her father quit drinking milk or using milk products because of his sinuses, he said. But I've never heard of lactose intolerence causing sinusitis,
I've been thinking about starting a sleep record just for fun, but I haven't got around to it yet. It might be interesting, maybe I can identify some patterns or something. And since I do this every day, I decided that if I put it here I won't forget to do it. Just so you'll know what those numbers are down there.
but I suppose that it is possible. We do drink a lot of milk, and Karen loves cheese.
