For some reason or another, this has not been a fun day. Everyone slept late this morning, and Karen woke up with a headache, which put her in a grouchy mood all day. And I am still having computer trouble, which doesn't help my mood any, either.

Kim and Karen had a little spat, and Kim and the kids went over to Bob's house. We followed then about an hour later, Bob had a new modem that he wanted me to help him install; that didn't take too much time, and we watched most of a movie, Phenomena which Karen and I had seen before. Lacee was in a bad mood too, all whiney and totally unlike herself.

After the movie, we took the kids home with us, and Lacee went to sleep as soon as she got her seat belt on (I had to stop the car to get her to put it on!) so we knew what her problem was. I carried her in from the car, and she was up again in fifteen minutes, and in a much better mood.

The weather has been atrocious today... blowing snow, 30-40 MPH wind from the North, colder 'n shit... a real blizzard, the likes of which we haven't seen for years here, much less in March! It's supposed to quit snowing but continue blowing tonight. There are drifts five feet high just west of Topeka, closing the interstate.

I'm really glad that we came home from Wichita last night... it would've been a nightmare today! Not that it was exactly a picnic last night...

I need to get some stuff done now... more tomorrow!
