Yesterday was a really shitty day. I started off OK, getting up about 08:30. Checked my email, everything was OK. Started doing some other stuff, and things started crumbling. Faster and faster, windows95 was sinking on me.

Well, no problem, thought I: I made the thirty-one disk backup set for Windows95, I'll just re-install it!

Ri-i-i-i-ght!

Didn't work. Not the first time, not the second time, not on subsequent times. And I kept getting disk errors.

So I checked the C drive, and it had problems. Fixed the problems. Did a defrag. Reloaded Win95. Still no go. Getting memory errors.

Well, fuck it, I had a backup tape.

Well, fuck it, it didn't work either!

So... back to the old format the disk, reload all of the worthless Compaq software route. Did that. Didn't work. Did it again. Still didn't work. Go with the 31-disk Win95 install. Didn't work.

Went to bed.
