How 'bout them Hawks? They tore Nebraska up, big time.

Karen and I got up this morning and read the paper, went out to breakfast and worked on the rental house some. I got a lot done today for a change. I did some outside work, it was a really pretty day for it; but I wore myself out with a borrowed (dull) chain saw. The previous tenants had let several trees grow through the fences; I had five fair-sized trees to cut out, I got two of them done before I gave out. Tomorrow I'll get more done.

After we watched the ball game, I started on the taxes. Of course, there were some papers that are lost, so I have to go get copies tomorrow. Frustrating. Karen just thought of another place to look... maybe we'll get lucky... no, we didn't. Found some more unpaid bills, though.

Not much else going on in the Franklin neighborhood.
