I went to sleep early last night and got a good nights' sleep, so I should be rarin' to go. Oddly enough, I'm not, but I gotta go anyway. Lotsa stuff to get done today. The headlight on the Saab needs fixing, I put a new bulb in it a couple of weeks ago, and it's burnt out already. So I looked last night, and the headlight itself is filled up halfway with water. So I gotta drain it and find out where the water's coming from. The lens has a crack in it, but it doesn't look like anything should be able to get in, but I guess it can. Hot light bulbs and water don't mix well...

I've got a number of things to get done on the rental house, too. Yesterday I kinda took as a day of rest, so I've gotta make up for it today. I've got some outside work that I need to do, too. Hopefully, it won't rain or get too cold today. I haven't checked the weather lately, but we did get about four inches of snow Wednesday night and Thursday AM.

I'm presently trying to dry out my headlamp by sitting it on the heat register, but it isn't working very fast. It has a very small hole for the hot air to go in to... but I can't think of a better way to do it right now.

Last night at the grocery store, I saw a device that you attach to the toilet seat that will sound a warning if the seat is left up more than 15 seconds or so. A gentle reminder for the men to leave the toilet seat down. Why isn't it a requirement that women leave the toilet seat up? After all, women have equal rights... they can be courteous to men, too... it doesn't always have to be the other way around, does it? For those of you who are curious, I leave the seat up 25% of the time.

I just got back from working on the rental house... two hours working on plumbing. Now I have to go to the hardware store, and replace everything that I touched, as usual.

22:24: Not having a good time today. Shortly after I got home I started getting sick, feeling woozy and started with abdominal cramps and diarrhea, chills & hot spells. I laid down on the couch until Karen and Lacee got home, then went to bed. I'm feeling better now, but still feverish. I had some interesting nightmares while I slept. There was a crowd of people who decided that they wanted to see a knife fight between me and this other guy, who I didn't know. We were in a restaurant somewhere, and there were a few people that I knew in the crowd. I didn't understand why they wanted this guy to kill me, I thought they were my friends. Anyway, I got out of it with just a few nicks. I don't know what happened to the guy that I was supposed to be fighting, but I know that Doggie came to my rescue. Then I was lost and couldn't get home and Doggie came and led me home.

Strange dream.

I also missed my counter hitting 6666. Damn.

And that'll do it for the last entry in February.

Thanx for being here!
