Been up since 03:00. Went to bed at 22:00 last night, after sleeping most of the day yesterday, due to not much sleep the day before. I think that I will get the turn-around done right this time, I have lots of stuff that I really need to do this off rotation.

One of the other journal-keepers, Sage, was recently writing about the possible uselessness of online diaries. Well, that's not what she really said, but that was my impression of it. That and the fact that we are (she is) no longer very exclusive. Then the next day she wrote about all of the email that she got about the previous entry. The whole thing was very intriguing, and matches my pattern of thoughts on the subject. I've still been thinking heavily on the subject, but I haven't had the flash of inspiration that I need. But I am closer, thanks to Sage.

I did get some interesting mail yesterday... a lady was searching the web for "cleaning house" and ran across my essay, Paying Bills and Cleaning House and liked it. Isn't this a strange medium? More accurately described, it's a strange... Maximum...

I'm enthusiastic about this day! There will be more later...

Just got back from seeing Phenomenon; Karen really enjoyed it. I got the impression that it had a basic anti-science theme, but that could just be my anti-Travolta bias kicking in. Karen got home at 16:25, and we decided that we'd go at 16:35. The show started at 16:40. We got there in time to see a couple of interesting previews. It was a dollar show (well, $1.25, actually) and they got the better part of a tenner when I got a large popcorn and a large coke.

I did get quite a bit accomplished today, and plan to get more done tomorrow. And every other day this week off except for Sunday, when I'll be watching the Chiefs. Unless they play on Monday night, of course. I don't remember when they play.

We haven't heard from Lisa lately. I don't know what's going on with her, I talked to her Monday night and she said that everything was OK, but we haven't seen her since then. I don't know if she's having second thoughts or what.
