Totally exhausted. I borrowed a chain saw from Dr. Huffman at Medassist, and spent all morning and up 'til now cutting limbs into manageable pieces. I am not used to physical labor, and I'm really really tired. I did manage to get the limbs off of my roof, put a rope on 'em and pulled 'em off with the pickup. Worked pretty good, but I lost the gutter in the process. Right now, I'm thinking about taking a shower and calling it quits for today. I'm really not up for loading everything up and making 3 or 4 trips to the dump today. Maybe I can talk Andy and Matt into doing it for me...
I slept 8 hours yesterday, went to work at Medassist (easy night) then went to bed at 22:00 last night. Slept 'til 08:30. Caught up on a lot of sleep. Need more, though. Always need more.
I got some nice email about the snowstorm, one lady, evidently from a warmer clime, was reminiscing about the ice storms when she was growing up. She thought she probably wouldn't like them as an adult, when y' gotta clean up after them! I totally agree.
Even my hands are tired from chain-sawing. Hard to run the keyboard. I think I'll close up this, too, before I shower. Then maybe read a book or something. Go to bed, maybe.
Our hot tub cover got messed up, had a branch fall on it. Karen is thinking that maybe the insurance will pay for the gutters & etc. That would be nice.
