Saturday...Playing with the frigging SHSU server.
Thass right... all day. We didn't accomplish things twice as fast because the server was busy half of the time. I got very frustrated. I was already that way, and it got worse. What I was trying to do was pretty simple, and I have done it six or seven times... using Win95 and connecting with a server. Easy. NOT! But it always has been before... I was missing a piece of the puzzle, and I am still missing it.
The weather in Huntsville was, as usual, atrocious... Humid! The forecast for Sunday... rain all day. Two to four inches. Playing catch-up, the weather-lady said. The Houston area is six inches behind for the year.
JD and Tyler have this theory about Huntsville... there is a force-field around it to keep the rain away, but still allowing it to get the humidity. The thunderstorms split up or fall apart before they get to Huntsville. Almost always.
Watched Miss Kansas get crowned Miss America... the third one from Kansas. Wow. What a thrill...

Other than that... just enjoying being with my boys. Karen spent her time reading and relaxing, when she wasn't cooking for us... Lisa had to work from 14:00 'til 24:00. JD and I waited up for her, then I went to bed shortly after she got home.
