Twelve hours of sleep really hit the spot! I got up about 04:00 and Tyler was up. When I got up at 08:45, he was asleep again.

Brian spent the night here, when I got up at 04:00 he was sprawled half on the sofa, half on the floor. He was supposed to spend the night with Matt, I guess that didn't work out. I wonder why. Karen went back to bed again, she woke up with a headache. I hope it's not another one of those headaches, the ones that she thinks are sinus related and that last for three days.

So, I haven't even read the paper yet, I think I'll do that, and get a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. Then maybe go back to bed maybe. The mail server on Kspress is down again, so no mail. I hate it when that happens. Sometimes it's only a couple of hours, sometimes it's a couple of days.

Everybody's up now, Karen & Matt & Brian went out to eat, Tyler & I went to the store and got gas for the trip to KC this evening. We won't be spending the night there anyway. I saw an ad for extra tickets to Neil Diamond in the paper, but Tyler decided that he didn't want to go. He'll probably sit around and play on the computer and play guitar all night, or get together with Lisa, JD's old girl friend.

Karen wanted to go early to KC and go out to dinner up there somewhere, so I'm not sure when we'll leave. The show starts at 20:00 and will last until probably 23:00. Karen and Kim are both off tomorrow, so it really won't matter how late we get home. I just hope that Karen gets over her headache.
