Today is Karen's birthday, we'll probably go out to the North Star tonight. Kathy, a girl at work, offered to stay over for me if I wanted to be late to work. I probably won't be, though.

Work last night was OK; I was training a couple of new girl at Medassist last night so it was more interesting there, but I had a really hard time staying awake at St. Francis after about 02:00 this morning. Really tired by the time I got home, just checked my mail and crashed. Several months ago, I registered Karen's birthday on some birthday web site, and she got a whole shitload of birthday cards. I'll print them all up for her.

It's about 15:00, I got up about 13:00 and can't get back to sleep. Bummer. I know that I need more than five hours of sleep, but my body doesn't. Dumb body, anyway. I'm going to shave & shower & try it again, though. This is probably it for today...
