Just a quick note to let you know that Procrastination is now available.
There will be more later today, but right now I have to get outside and get some work done before it gets too hot. I need to clean up the hot tub and fill it up, I think it'll be a "cool" tub this summer. Bunch of other stuff I need to get to, too. Later...

This just keeps going on and on and on...
It's been a beautiful and productive day, although in writing the procrastination series I've gotten myself in a procrastinating mood, that is to say, in deep doo-doo with Karen. There are all kinds of things that I haven't got done yet that I wanted to do today, but when I'm in the mood for writing, I better write. The muse, besides being blind and dumb, is fickle.
I got up when Karen did this morning, and took her to the service station where the van's AC got worked on Friday. They charged us $100.00 and it worked fine, at least until Saturday when it didn't work at all. So they fixed it again today, saying that there was a leak that they'd missed. I don't believe that they'll charge us for it again, at least not successfully! Anyway, I need to pick up Karen shortly. I'm looking forward to seeing her! It's been a long day.
I finally sent JD's mail on to him and picked up another change-of-address card from the post office. He's changed the address several times, but they keep delivering stuff here anyway. Maybe that'll quit... He's looking for an additional job in Huntsville. He's selling cutlery, kinda door-to-door but with appointments. He's probably good at it, he was great as a telephone solicitor, even though he hated it. But not much money yet, none is closer to the truth. But jobs aren't easy to come by in Huntsville, Texas for non-professionals.
I made reservations for Tyler to come up on 02JUL96 but the travel agency hasn't called me yet. I also need to check with his mom to make sure that it's all right. She still has legal custody until he's 18 (in October). He still has a year of high school to go. I'm really looking forward to seeing him. JD will come up in August sometime. He has a new girl friend named Lisa, just like the first one. She's a music major at Sam Houston State. JD hopes to go back there in the fall. I hope that Lisa will come with him when he comes, so we can meet her.

I did get the hot tub started, and I have some bread baking, but Procrastination Part 3 is up now. So I have been mainly goofing off. And loving it...
