Karen & all the kids have gone to Wichita. Karen's brother Chuck from Phoenix is visiting. I would like to have gone, but I must work. Chuck's last several trips have occurred on weekends when I work. I've got to talk to him about that!
The weather looks beautiful now. It was still rainy when I went to bed about 12:00. I got up an hour earlier than I wanted to, but I still feel pretty good.
Having some e-mail problems; most of the time exchange tells me that I can't be logged onto the server, but every little once in a while it gives me some mail. Not sure what's going on there, but I'll get ahold of Jon next week and find out.
A couple of new Nilkys are up. I need to re-do that page, and break it up a little bit, it's getting tedious loading it for me, anyway. I can't figger out how to label the frames, though or I'd have it done already! I want a separate HTML file for each one, but I don't know whether to date them or figger out titles for each set.
Sad night in the ED last night. We had an MVA victim come in whose buddy (his passenger) was killed. Fortunately, he was relatively undamaged, and will only spend a few days in the hospital. It was a high-speed almost-head-on collision on a rainy road. There were two other survivors in the other vehicle.
Other than that, it was a calm night at the hospital. The rain sure do keep people in and safe! I have this feeling in the pit of my stomach, though, that tonight will be a completely different story! People will be out kicking up their heels, and falling down frequently....
A brand new month! Where does the time go, this year is almost half over. The older ya gets, the faster the time goes, then it's all gone...
