Doug & I went to Betsy's pond today, caught a bunch of bass. For a change, I caught twice as many as Doug did. The size of the fish wasn't impressive, but the wind was. There was a constant 20 MPH, with gusts up to probably 40. It was, as all fishing trips, magnificent. They were hitting on a variety of baits, but the 'ol red rattletrap was the best, followed by a white spinner.
